Camping in car parks, waiting in lines for hours, countless hot bottles of warm drinks... all staples of fan behaviour over recent months thanks to Taylor Swift’s ‘Eras Tour’ - but sleeping outside Target?

It seems fans are prepared to go to extraordinary lengths to get their hands on a copy of Taylor Swift’s ‘Eras Tour’ commemorative book, which exclusively hits the shelves of the store on November 29, as well as being available online for those outside the United States.

Swiftie or not, you’ve more than likely heard and seen things about the ‘Eras Tour’, Swift’s world domination quest that started on March 17, 2023, and is set to conclude in Vancouver on December 8, 2024.

Taylor Swift ‘Eras Tour’ book: price, what’s inside, vinyl release

It’s been the ultimate media-noise machine, money spinner and, most importantly, experience for the thousands of fans that have had the chance to see their favourite artist. Now, they can take a piece of it home.

The ‘Eras Tour’ book is a 256-page hardcover tome which costs $39.99 to purchase. Inside sit over 500 photographs of Swift in concert mode, from every period in her meteoric career, including plenty of never-before-seen behind the scenes snaps of the tour and its protagonist.

As well as photos, the book contains Swift’s own account of the tour, according to Target.

But that’s not all: along with the book, Swift is set to release “The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology” on vinyl, the huge 31-track double-project that surprised fans on its release on April 19, 2024. The 4 vinyl product also includes 4 previously unreleased acoustic versions.

CBS reports that the book alone could generate upwards of $80 million in sales, something that would greatly benefit Target, who have seen sales dip as the cost of living crisis continues.
