The Gorillaz and Bad Bunny collaboration is finally out. ‘Tormenta’ is the eighth track on the new album Cracker Island, which gets its release on Friday (24 February).

The album features many collaborations with the likes of Beck, Tame Impala, Thundercat, Stevie Nicks, Bootie Brown, Adeleye Omotayo with one of the most anticipated collaborations being ‘Tormenta’ with the Puerto Rican.

Rumors began in 2021 that Gorillaz and Bad Bunny would be working together. Damon Albarn told Warp in an interview that he and the Puerto Rican, whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, hit it off while the two were in Jamaica.

“What I love about Gorillaz is that I can bring whoever I want, you know? I was in Jamaica recently and recorded a Gorillaz song with Bad Bunny, that's something exciting for next year,” Albarn said.
