Time got some A-list names to appear on the cover of its 2023 list of the 100 most influential people in the world.
Time magazine has unveiled the 2023 Time 100, its annual list of the most influential people, but only a select few have been granted the honor of gracing the cover.
Who landed on the cover of ‘Time100: The Most Influential People of 2023′?
The issue has four worldwide covers, each with a different member of the TIME100 list: recording artist Doja Cat, actor Jennifer Coolidge, CEO of The Walt Disney Company Bob Iger and actor Michael B. Jordan.
Doja Cat wore a a melted cap for her cover, along with some glossy red lipstick and ombre nails.
Jordan’s close shot sees him donning a black turtleneck, while Coolidge wore a glamorous black dress with flowing train. Iger looks stylish as well while posing in a suit without a tie.
As for the list itself, it features movie stars and athletes, along with CEOs and politicians.
Among those on the list are Colin Farrell, Angela Bassett, Brittney Griner, Mikaela Shiffrin and author Judy Blume, the oldest person on this year’s list. Other big names like Beyoncé and Joe Biden are also on the list.
“We are thrilled to recognize this year’s list of the world’s most influential people,” said Time chief executive officer Jessica Sibley.
“We look forward to convening the TIME100 community—one of the largest leadership communities in the world—to spotlight and hear from individuals who are wielding their influence to drive positive action toward a better world at the TIME100 Summit Featuring TIME CO2 and Gala this month in New York City.”
Time will host the annual TIME100 summit featuring TIME CO2 on April 25 and the TIME100 Gala on April 26 to celebrate the 2023 TIME100 list of the World’s Most Influential People.
Details on the TIME100 primetime television special
For the fourth year in a row, Time Studios and ABC will present the TIME100 in a primetime special.
The broadcast will air on Sunday April 30 at 7:00 p.m ET on ABC. It will also be available to stream on Hulu and Disney+.
The special will be hosted by Jennifer Coolidge, and will bring viewers inside the 17th annual TIME100 Gala. Doja Cat and Lea Michele will perform at the event, and there will also be honorary tributes for members of this year’s list.
