What are we all going to do with ourselves - and what are we all going to read about - once Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour comes to an end? We will soon have to start thinking about the answers to those questions, with the “Shake It Off” songstress confirming that her global concert tour will not be continuing into 2025, as had been rumoured.

What did Swift say about when The Eras Tour would end?

On the occasion of the 100th show of the tour in Liverpool, the 34-year-old told the crowd at Anfield: “This is the very first time I have acknowledged to myself and admitted that this tour is gonna end. In December. Like, that’s it. And that feels so far away from now, but then again, it feels like we just played our first show on this tour”.

When and where did The Eras Tour begin?

The Eras Tour began at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona all the way back on 17 March 2023. The initial North American leg ran through until 27 August in Mexico City, with Swift then taking a little over two months off before playing nine South American dates in Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro and São Paolo in November.

The Asian leg in Japan, Australia and Singapore ran from 7 February to 9 March, and Swift embarked on the current European section of the tour in Nanterre, near Paris on 9 May.

Swift’s time in Liverpool will finish on Saturday (15 June) after three nights, after which she will remain in England (London) before visiting Ireland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Poland and Austria.

When and where will The Eras Tour finish?

The Eras Tour ends with its second North American leg, which begins in Miami on 18 October and finishes - for good - in Vancouver, Canada on 8 December. Still umming and ahhing about whether to go and see what all The Eras Tour fuss is about? Time, it has now been confirmed, is running out.
