American millionaire reveals which employees she always fires and explains why
Many leadership experts, such as Warren Buffett, assert that the attitude of the people around us is contagious, especially in work environments.

Attitude is very important when it comes to handling our professional relationships. Staying positive and proactive is a highly valued quality in the vast majority of jobs and can be the difference between getting promoted within a company or being fired without hesitation.
This is how millionaire Barbara Corcoran explains it. According to the New Jersey native and owner of the real estate firm The Corcoran Group, a company valued at $6 billion, she always fires employees who have a negative attitude, reports the media outlet It’s Possible.
Corcoran clarifies that she is not referring to those who are critical of their work or others’ performance, as those are crucial "to help you improve," but rather to employees who "constantly complain."
“You have to get rid of them,” she recommends.
Contagious attitude
According to many leadership experts, like American businessman Jim Rohn and Berkshire Hathaway CEO Warren Buffett, the attitude of the people around us is contagious.
Both believe that if many employees in the same company repeatedly have negative or destructive attitudes, this will affect not only the work environment but also productivity and creativity.
On the other hand, if employees express positive and constructive thoughts and actions, everyone will improve both personally and professionally, and the company will evolve positively.
“You move in the direction of the people you associate with,” Buffett explained.
Waste of resources
Similarly, Corcoran also believes that if an employee has a negative attitude at work, other coworkers will have to spend time and resources dealing with their complaints, dedicating energy to solving problems that, in reality, aren’t important.
