Blanca Martín recently posted a video on her TikTok profile answering one of the questions her followers ask most often: what she keeps in her pantry. In the video, the nutritionist gives a detailed look at the foods she regularly eats, making it clear that her top priorities are products without additives, sugar, or refined oils.

Among her pantry staples are granolas, and she admits she keeps several varieties at home. Her favorite is buckwheat and almond granola, though she also has other options such as chai and keto versions. She notes, however, that those contain agave syrup and are not part of her usual routine. For her, it is all about finding balance, even when choosing healthier alternatives.

When it comes to cereals, the nutritionist shows options like puffed buckwheat and puffed quinoa, some of which are even coated in chocolate. Still, she says there is one product that has made a major difference in her daily diet.

The food she has fallen in love with

“I’ve also fallen in love with these flakes because they’re made from oats, they’re instant, and they sit so much better with me,” she says while showing them on camera. According to Martín, this food has allowed her to enjoy oats again without the digestive discomfort she used to experience.

Beyond breakfast, what also stands out is the wide variety of pasta in her pantry, most of it made from legumes, along with rice noodles and buckwheat-based options. She also keeps different kinds of fajita wraps, seaweed, rice paper, and snacks like lentil chips, proving that healthy eating can also be genuinely appealing.
