Congressman Greg Casar: “Unfortunately, the party of ‘Jewish space lasers’ doesn’t give a damn about stopping antisemitism”
Congressman Greg Casar attacked the Republican party with pointed comments on various things that they have said.

Congressman Greg Casar (D-TX) recently hit out his Republican colleagues for the hypocrisy in their stance on antisemitism, setting a new bar for the levels of disappointment within the party that is currently on a Trump-led crusade to cause chaos and mayhem.
During a recent hearing during a committee called by Republicans to on antisemitism, Casar flipped the script and instead directly challenged his colleagues, asking the Republican chairman of the House Education and Workforce Committee if he condemned Trump’s decision to pardon an individual who had previously praised Hitler.
Casar pointed out that Trump said there are “very fine people on both sides” when talking about antisemitism and added that RFK spread a theory that COVID-19 targeted white and blacks, but spared Jewish people.
“If you condemn Donald Trump saying this … if you condemn the head of the U.S. Health and Human Services [Department] for spreading this antisemitic conspiracy theory, will you please raise your hand?” Casar asked Republicans on the committee. No hands, except for Casar, were raised.
Trump ’the most antisemitic President in American history'
The chairman was, after interrupting Casar, asked directly to condemn Trump’s actions. He avoided giving an answering to Casar, saying: “I will yield time to the witnesses.”
“So clearly, Mr Chairman, not a single Republican today has been willing to condemn any of this antisemitism“, Casar replied. ”If my colleagues want to stop antisemitism, maybe they should stop apologising for and promoting antisemites. And they shouldn’t go grovelling to the most antisemitic President in American history."
Despite the loud natured Republicans routinely claiming to stand against antisemitism, many in the very same party have failed to condemn Trump’s actions, including the aforementioned pardoning of individuals known for spreading racist, right-wing ideologies.
