Doctors agree: “If you suffer from stress, anxiety, or lack of sleep, eat two kiwis before going to bed”
Aurelio Rojas and Federico Bonansea have shared several videos on social media explaining the benefits of eating this fruit.

In the field of nutrition, fruits hold a very important place. They are essential for the proper functioning of the body, as their consumption provides a wide range of nutrients, including fiber, various vitamins such as A and C, minerals like potassium and magnesium, and antioxidants that can strengthen the immune system and improve digestion, among other benefits.
Despite the many advantages fruit offers in general, it is important not to treat all options as equal. Some fruit are better suited than others depending on each person’s needs and goals. This becomes especially relevant in situations involving stress, anxiety, or lack of rest, which are delicate circumstances where not every choice is appropriate.
In this context, several health professionals point to kiwi as one of our greatest allies, if not the greatest. This is the view shared by Aurelio Rojas and Federico Bonansea, who have posted videos on their social media profiles highlighting the benefits of regularly consuming this fruit over time.
For Aurelio Rojas, it is “a natural biological powerhouse”

“This fruit can completely change you in just four days, especially if you suffer from stress and anxiety,” explains Aurelio Rojas. He goes on to describe its many properties: “It is a natural biological powerhouse, extremely high in vitamin C, rich in fiber that helps regulate your digestive system and your gut-brain axis, and packed with potassium and antioxidants that counteract inflammation caused by stress.”
The health professional recommends “eating two kiwis a day for two weeks,” since, according to various studies, this improves overall well-being and reduces fatigue, tiredness, and stress. “Vitamin C helps, but eating the whole kiwi is far more beneficial than taking vitamin C alone. More energy, better rest, improved mood, and no side effects,” he concludes.
Federico Bonansea: “It is the most powerful fruit”

Federico Bonansea shares a similar perspective: “Kiwi is the most powerful fruit. Studies have shown that eating two kiwis before bed improves both sleep quality and duration.”
The physician explains that kiwi not only contains “serotonin and melatonin, but also large amounts of vitamin C, one of the most important antioxidants for brain health, along with folate,” he concludes.
