Donald Trump has pleaded not guilty in his Georgia, election interference case; the same in which he is accused of conspiring to try to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential elections in which Joe Bieden took away his re-election.

According to a written statement presented by his lawyers before the Georgia courts this morning, the former leader of the White House proclaimed himself innocent of all the charges against him.

“As evidenced by my signature below, I do hereby waive formal arraignment and enter my plea of NOT GUILTY to the Indictment in this case,” Trump said in a court filing in Fulton County Superior Court.

In addition, they indicated that the former president will not be present at the arraignment, scheduled for next Wednesday.
