While the road closures will be in place until midnight at least, the SDPD in a later post said that residents of the Colwood area may safely return to their residence. However, they advise to have proof of address to be granted access through the road blocks to avoid delays.

Residents in the evacuation areas should be prepared to find that there is no electricity. Crews are working to restore power as quickly as possible.
