Foo Fighters: Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concert Wembley Stadium - How to watch live online and on TV
The tribute concert for Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins will take place on September 3 2022 at Wembley stadium, though fans can stream it live too.
The Foo Fighters are one of the biggest rock bands in the US. Bandmates and fans had horrible news back in March when the death of drummer and singer Taylor Hawkins was revealed. The band cancelled the rest of their tour.
“The Foo Fighters family is devastated by the tragic and untimely loss of our beloved Taylor Hawkins,” a statement from the band said after his death, “His musical spirit and infectious laughter will live on with all of us forever. Our hearts go out to his wife, children and family, and we ask that their privacy be treated with the utmost respect in this unimaginably difficult time.”
Now, the band is making their return with a host of others in a two-date tribute performance to their late star.
The first stage of the tribute concert will take place in Wembley Stadium in London. It will feature perfomances from a number of acts like Liam Gallagher, Brian May, Nile Rodgers, and Mark Ronson, as well as Foo Fighters themselves.
