Estados Unidos Update:

Year after year, Forbes magazine publishes its highly anticipated ranking of the richest people in the world. According to the 2025 list, there are a total of 3,028 billionaires this year—247 more than last year. As a result, the combined net worth of all the billionaires worldwide stands at $16.1 trillion, nearly $2 trillion more than in 2024.

As has become customary in recent years, Elon Musk leads the list with a fortune of $342 billion, followed by Mark Zuckerberg with $216 billion and Jeff Bezos with $215 billion. This means the top three richest people in the world are still exclusively American businessmen, which is not surprising considering the majority of billionaires are from the United States.
