How to get $20 credit from DirectTV for the ESPN and Disney blackout
Customers affected by the ongoing Disney and ESPN channel block can now claim compensation for the service disruption.
A credit is available to DirecTV, DirecTV Stream, and U-verse customers impacted by the Disney channel blackout that began on 1 September.
This offer is available for a limited time, so it’s advisable to claim your credit as soon as possible.
How to get $20 credit
Visit the Official Website: Go to https://www.directv.com/tvpromise/
Select your TV service from the drop-down menu and enter your Zip Code.
Select the Search button to check for service disruption in your area and see if you’re eligible for the one-time credit offer.
If you qualify for a bill credit, go to the Explore bill credits section of the TV Promise page and select the appropriate button to initiate a credit.
The credit is automatically applied once you complete the process; no further action is required on your part.
