If you’re looking for a job, Indeed’s CEO gives you clues: “I always ask these 2 questions in job interviews”
Chris Hyams, CEO of Indeed, one of the world’s leading job sites offers his tips on how to make an positive impression in a job interview.

Launched in 2004, Indeed Inc. has become one of the world’s biggest job hunting platforms with its US headquarters in Austin, Texas, and Stamford in Connecticut.
The site has a global presence and is available in more than 25 languages and recently edged out Monster.com as the highest-traffic job website in the United States.
The company’s CEO, Chris Hyams recently offered some inside knowledge as to the two questions that he will always ask in an interview situation as he looks to forge a personality profile behind the individual on the other side of the desk.
The executive claims that: “The more I interview, the less I’m looking for specific knowledge or experience,” he says. “The most important thing is curiosity and adaptability, not necessarily what you’ve done.”
Hyams admits that he has two ‘go-to’ questions when trying to generate a personality profile in the limited time available in an interview situation and always asks: “What are you insanely curious about?”
Or, alternatively, “What do you care deeply about?” and also asks interviewees to tell him a story about a time when they were really, really sure about something and found out they were completely wrong.
