She buried $30,000 in jewelry before her vacation, but when she returned home she couldn’t believe what had happened

What happened to the missing treasure?

A 19-year-old recently returned from holiday to find that $30,000 worth of buried jewellery had gone missing.

The young woman, living in Santa Fé in Argentina, decided to hide the family jewels - that belonged the her grandmother and great-grandmother - in her garden under the patio.

After burying thousands of dollars worth of precious heirlooms, she then went on holiday to Brazil for two weeks. However, upon returning in January of this year, she discovered that the patio had indeed been excavated without her knowledge and moved quickly to inform the police.

Despite a full investigation being carried out, it seems no video footage has been obtained of the robbery and at the time of writing, the young woman has no options other than hoping for a breakthrough in the case.

I really wanted to write more, but on this occasion, words fail me. I guess she should just bury her head in the sand, unless someone ends up stealing that too.
