Donald Trump and 18 codefendants have been indicted on criminal charges of election interference by a grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia. District Attorney Fani Willis, who is leading the case against the former president and his codefendants, has given them until Friday 25 August to surrender to law enforcement at the Rice Street Jail.

The first of the codefendants was booked on Tuesday after reaching bond agreements with prosecutors. Trump himself was booked on Thursday night during primetime television viewing. Here are the mug shots of the co-defendants, including the sensational photo of an American president.

Donald Trump

The 45th president of the United States, Donald Trump, was given no special treatment by Georgian prosecutors. He is facing four criminal charges with court dates that could be running right up until the presidential election in November 2024.

Rudy Giuliani

The former mayor of New York City and former Trump lawyer, Giuliani was one of the most active voices in spreading false claims about fraud in the 2020 election. He is facing 13 charges in the case for making false statements to public officials and his part in the harassment of two elections workers , Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss.

Sidney Powell

An ex-lawyer for the Trump campaign, she helped spread unfounded and debunked theories about election fraud in the 2020 election. Powell is facing 7 charges in relation to encouraging and helping people to tamper ballot markers and machines in an elections office in Coffee County.

Jenna Ellis

Ellis was a legal advisor to Trump’s 2020 re-election campaign. She is facing 2 counts for false statements and her involvement in the Georgia fake electors scheme.

John Eastman

John Eastman, who is a former election lawyer for Trump, pushed a legal theory that then-Vice President Mike Pence could overturn the legitimate results of the 2020 election, which Pence refused to do, through the fake elector scheme. He is facing 9 counts in the Georgia case.

Cathy Latham

Former chair of the Coffee County Republican Party, Latham was one of the fake Georgia electors for Trump. She is facing 11 counts for allegedly helping Trump operatives gain access to voting systems in Coffee County without authorization in addition to the fake elector scheme.

Kenneth Chesebro

A former campaign attorney for the Trump campaign has been charged with 7 criminal counts. He is credited with being the first to suggest the fake elector scheme. Chesebro is also accused of putting that plot into action.

Scott Hall

A bail bondsman, Hall is facing 7 counts related to his participation in a scheme to illegally access election equipment in Coffee County.

Ray Smith

The Georgia lawyer is indicted on 12 counts for his involvement in the Georgia fake elector scheme as well as for making false statements to state senators about alleged election fraud in Georgia.

David Shafer

Former state senator and former chairman of the Georgia Republican Party was one of the Georgia fake electors. He also secured the room where the fake electors met. Shafer is facing 8 criminal counts.

Mark Meadows

Meadows is an American politician who served as the White House Chief of Staff under President Donald Trump from March 2020 to January 2021.

Harrison Floyd

Harrison Floyd, who has served as director of Black Voices for Trump, is accused of recruiting Stephen Lee to arrange a meeting with Freeman and Chicago-based publicist Trevian Kutti.

Floyd is the only one of the co-defendants not to post bail.
