“You will see a uniformed, heavy uniformed presence around the Garden. You’ll see heavy weapons teams, counterterrorism, aviation, transit footprint on that Seventh Avenue,” according to NYPD Chief of Patrol John Chell, per CBS News.

The size of the 5 p.m. rally on Sunday, Oct. 27 is likely to cause traffic, which is why authorities are encouraging New Yorkers to take the subway if they are joining the rally or going near the venue, as train service will not be affected.

New York City will close off some streets to both drivers and foot traffic starting early Sunday morning.
