Walmart Holiday Deals 2024: Date and duration of the sales and discounts event
Those who are looking to do their holiday shopping early will be able to get huge discounts when Walmart launches its Holiday Deals 2024 event next month.
The arrival of fall signals not only colder weather but also the advent of the holiday season. Many people are eager to do their Christmas shopping early in the hope of saving a few dollars before prices go up during the craziness of holiday buying sprees.
To entice consumers to part with their shopping dollars even before Black Friday, Walmart will be launching the Holiday Deals sales event.
According to the giant retailer’s statistics, 50% of consumers begin making their Christmas purchases from the beginning of August and September. This has spurred the company to plan a series of discounts and special events starting in October, known as Holiday Deals.
“We know many of our customers are starting preparing for the holiday season early,” said Latriece Watkins, Walmart US executive vice president and chief merchandising officer.
“We’ve been working hard to reduce prices on our most attractive assortment yet, and we’re thrilled to give customers more of what they want this holiday season- more time to prepare and more opportunities to save all season long,” she added.
