What did Donald Trump say about Prince Harry and Kate Middleton?
The former President told GB News that the British Prince could be deported from the US.
Former US President Donald Trump has said that “appropriate action” will have to be taken if Prince Harry lied about taking drugs on his American visa application.
Trump was speaking during an interview with GB News presenter Nigel Farage, when he was asked if the royal should have “special privileges” regarding his visa: “No”, replied Trump. “We’ll have to see if they know something about the drugs, and if he lied they’ll have to take appropriate action.”
“Which might mean … not staying in America?” interviewer Nigel Farage asked, to which Trump coyly answered: “Oh I don’t know. You’ll have to tell me. You just have to tell me. You would’ve thought they would’ve known this a long time ago”.
‘I thought the Queen was treated very disrespectfully by Harry and Meghan’
In a 30-minute long interview, the majority of which was taken up by Trump attempting to tell viewers how far, in his opinion, America had fallen since Biden was elected in 2020, Trump weighed in on the controversy surrounding the British Royal Family.
Prince Harry wrote a book entitled ‘Spare’, in which he admitted to taking various drugs, including cocaine and psychedelics. Farage asked Trump as to whether he believed that “the American people had a right to know what was on the visa form”, to which Trump replied “well, I guess so”, before moving swiftly on.
“I thought [the Queen] was treated very disrespectfully by [Harry and Meghan]”, he said, “I would imagine they broke her heart. The things they were saying were so bad and so horrible, I think they really hurt her.”
What did Donald Trump say about Kate Middleton?
“It shouldn’t be a big deal, everybody doctors” Trump said when asked about the topic that has taken over the internet: Kate Middleton. “You look at these movie actors and you meet them and say ‘is that the same person in the picture?’ It was a very minor doctoring... it’s a rough period, they’re really going after her.”
“He can’t put two sentences together... he can’t speak”, Trump said of Biden, who he invariably referred to whenever he drew breath. Other topics included NATO, about which Trump questioned “why should we guard these countries and the United States is paying for most of NATO?”
He also accused the organisation of “not paying”: “I hit them hard... we’re not going to defend you if you’re not paying your bills, it’s very simple. And hundreds of billions of dollars came flowing in... if it’s not for the USA, NATO literally doesn’t exist, but they took advantage of us, like most countries do.”
