Late on Sunday we learned that Jeremy Renner, the actor well-known for his character Hawkeye in the Marvel movies, had been seriously injured and in a ‘critical but stable’ condition. The accident happened while he was plowing snow over the weekend.

Jeremy ‘Hawkeye’ Renner condition

“We can confirm Jeremy is in critical but stable condition with injuries suffered after experiencing a weather-related accident while plowing snow earlier today.” This was the statement from a spokesperson for the actor via Hollywood Reporter, who added that, “His family is with him and he is receiving excellent care.”

It was also reported that Renner had been airlifted to hospital earlier on Sunday.

Where does Jeremy Renner live?

According to local press, Renner has a home around 25 miles from Reno, in the northwest section of the US state of Nevada, near Mt. Rose-Ski Tahoe. This was one of the areas in the US that bore the brunt of the festive snowstorms.
