Rudy Giuliani accused of sexual abuse by former employee

Rudy Giuliani is facing a lawsuit in New York Superior Court from a former employee, Noelle Dunphy, which accuses him of sexual abuse. The lawsuit states that she was hired by the then-personal attorney to then-President Donald Trump, in 2019 for “what seemed like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.” In addition to a $1 million salary per year plus expenses to be his Director of Business Development, Giuliani would also provide her legal representation in a legal dispute she was involved in with an abusive ex-partner.

However, the “seemingly generous offers were a sham” which were “motivated by his secret desire to pursue a sexual relationship with Ms. Dunphy.” The alleged sexual abuse began “almost immediately” once she started working for Giuliani which “he made clear that satisfying his sexual demands—which came virtually anytime, anywhere—was an absolute requirement of her employment and of his legal representation.”

Besides the lurid details of Giuliani’s sexual desires, Dunphy alleges in the 70-page lawsuit, she also accuses him of creating an “unbearable” work environment. Dunphy claims that Giuliani would go on “alcohol-drenched rants that included sexist, racist, and antisemitic remarks.” She also alleges that Giuliani said he was selling presidential pardons for $2 million and splitting those proceeds with then-President Trump.
