Termina
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask has a release date on Nintendo Switch Online
Nintendo has given the release date for one of Nintendo 64's most obscure stories to arrive on the Nintendo Switch's online subscription service.
Nintendo doesn't stop after announcing the upcoming closure of the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS eShops in March 2023. Now, the Japan-based company has given the release date of the previously announced The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask for the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscription service. There won't be a long wait to revisit Termina, as this title will be included in the catalog on February 25.
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask is one of the most special works of the saga. The video game takes us to the parallel world of Termina. There are only three days left until a gigantic moon falls on the world, so Link must travel in time and manage the chronometer, in order to avoid disaster. The gameplay structure is built on this feature, allowing us to relive these 72 hours and get to know the characters, their routines and their stories. Although the game has a remake on Nintendo 3DS, like Ocarina of Time, this version is the original Nintendo 64 version.
All Nintendo 64 games on Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack
The Nintendo Switch Online service presents a catalog of classic games for players with this subscription. Initially, games from the Nintendo Entertainment System and Super Nintendo Entertainment System were added to the system, bringing classics and some special editions exclusive to the console.
With the announcement of the Expansion Pass in 2021, players were given the opportunity to expand the catalog to Nintendo 64 and SEGA Genesis games, with a clear price increase in the subscription ($49.99 for the individual annual plan, $79.99 for the family annual plan). Within this catalog the following titles can be found:
It should be recalled that this subscription also includes SEGA Mega Drive classics, the Animal Crossing: New Horizons expansion and future Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC.
