Tower of Fantasy 1.5 unveils characters, locations and mechanics coming in its first free update
The open-world action RPG for mobile and PC from Level Infinite and Hotta Studio shows all the contents that the new version brings with it.
The recent Tower of Fantasy only needed a few days on PC, Android and iOS to become one of the trending games of 2022. It is a real-time action RPG, in which we explore a huge open world, fight against all kinds of threats and get juicy rewards. The title, which is free to play has already been played by millions of players.
Like Pokémon GO, Genshin Impact, MultiVersus and other popular games, Tower of Fantasy owes much of its success to the efforts of its developers to expand its content through patches and new features. And today we are lucky because we already know everything that awaits us in version 1.5, its first major free update. We tell you everything you need to know.
Tower of Fantasy 1.5 takes us to Artificial Island: all the new features
The first thing you should know is that the update will be available on Thursday, September 15. It will be then when we will be able to unlock the Artificial Island, a completely new map made up of a series of islands floating in the sky (you can take a look at the region in the trailer above). To access it will be necessary to have level 50, complete a set of specific missions and have a hover vehicle, such as the Voyager.
Artificial Island brings new missions, enemies, bosses and rewards to the table, including the possibility of obtaining golden, black and red cores, the most difficult to find of all. One of the most interesting things is that we will be able to build our own floating island, once we have progressed enough and after gathering the necessary manufacturing materials.
Claudia, Executor of Hykros, is a new character that will arrive with this update. Until now, she was only available to players in China. Her story is marked by a stormy past due to the aftermath of Operation Dark Apocalypse. She is a fantastic swordswoman and stands out for her speed and precision.
Tower of Fantasy is available on Android, iOS and Windows (PC) devices. You can download and install it through its official website at this link, although it will soon be available on Steam and Epic Games Store.
