Marvel Snap: how to get a lot of new cards

Marvel Snap keeps getting bigger and bigger. The recently released Collectible Card Game for PC and mobile has reached the whole world with quick and fun matches where the objective is to conquer the Marvel universe battlefield. Full of superheroes and villains, like Iron Man, Wolverine, Venom, and more, you probably want to get a lot of cards to build your decks. We’ll tell you one way to do exactly that.

How to get more cards easily in Marvel Snap

While not a lot of players may know what the best way to do this is, it’s probable they’re doing it already without realizing it. The key is you collection level, indicated by a green number in your profile. As you level up, you’ll see a series of “mystery cards” spread amongst the rewards for leveling up, decorated with a question mark and lock; these are new random cards that you’re about to unlock.

For every 2 collection levels you obtain a reward, and for every 4, a card. How do you raise your collection level? The best and quickest way to do so is upgrading cards you already have, since some of them reward you with a lot of collection points due to their rarity. A good tip is to play for a while with a deck composed of cards you don’t use regularly, since this way you get to upgrade them quicker than the ones you play with in your main deck. The following list explains rarity types and how many collection points you get every time you upgrade them.

  • Uncommon - 1 Collection Point
  • Rare - 2 Collection Points
  • Epic - 4 Collection Points
  • Legendary - 6 Collection Points
  • Ultra - 8 Collection Points
  • Infinite - 10 Collection Points

Remember that Marvel Snap is completely free (although it does include optional in-app purchases) and is already available on PC, Android and iOS. You can find a guide on how to install it and other useful info through this link.
