The Walking Dead lands in Paris: new images of the Norman Reedus spin-off

After the end of The Walking Dead series a few months ago, fans of AMC's zombie universe are already demanding new products derived from it; and it won't be long before they receive new doses of the undead this year. Beyond the upcoming productions like The Walking Dead: Dead City -with Maggie and Negan- or the next season of Fear the Walking Dead, many fans are looking forward to the new adventures of Daryl Nixon with Norman Reedus as the main protagonist. And we already have new images from the set in Paris, where the filming is taking place.

Norman Reedus' Zombie Universe in Paris

The actor himself has shared through his official Instagram account several pictures from the set of filming in Paris, where this new spin-off of The Walking Dead takes place. All this to celebrate his birthday, posting some snapshots of the streets of the French capital with more than a few zombies wandering through them. Recall that Daryl, at the end of The Walking Dead, leaves behind his surviving friends to live new adventures far from his 'comfort zone'; and all this will lead him to embark to cross the ocean and discover how the world has been affected beyond its borders.

It is expected that this new series with Daryl in the lead will offer us more information about the zombie virus's origin that has wiped out practically all of humanity, turning anyone who dies into a 'walker', or what is the same, a lifelong zombie. And in another spin-off like The Walking Dead: World Beyond we were already given some clues about the French research laboratory Biomédicine DDMI, a place that apparently has something to do with the zombie apocalypse.

For now, there is no confirmed premiere date for Daryl Dixon, the final name of this new spin-off series starring Norman Reedus.
