CoD Warzone 2.0 will erase all your DMZ progress at the start of Season 2
Infinity Ward will delete all keys, insured weapon slots, your faction level, and missions you have completed in DMZ mode.
Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 Season 2 does not bring good news for fans of DMZ mode. According to information shared by the website CharlieIntel, from the arrival of the new content, all the progress you have made in it will be reset.
All of these elements in DMZ will be affected by the reboot: mission progress, faction levels, inventory keys, and all insured weapon slots. This way all players will start from the same point from February 15, when the new content framework debuts.
What's new in Season 2 of Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 in DMZ?
DMZ will expand its current offer with a series of new features that will change both the content and the adjustments of some elements. For example, we know that the difficulty will be adjusted against enemies controlled by artificial intelligence. New missions will also be added to freshen up the changes mentioned above.
But what shines in its own light is the new Exclusion Zone, another map that will share space with Al-Mazrah and Building 21. All details have yet to be released on the size and theme it will present to players, although it is expected to be somewhere between the two previously mentioned.
On the other hand, Infinity Ward has been working hard over the past few days to reduce the number of unexpected game closures. This has been one of the most controversial points that generates more frustration in players by the loss of the progress you have made. The studio indicates that for Season 2 "it is a priority to address these lockouts. "We are committed to improving stability," they conclude.
Remember that Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 and Modern Warfare 2 Season will launch next February 15th on PS5, PS4, Xbox X|S Series, Xbox One, and PC.
