The Most Wanted event is coming to Fortnite on February 14, 2023, making it a strange replacement for Valentine's Day in Epic Games' popular video game. Here we give you all the details about this new Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 event, including when it is and all the information:
The most Wanted event in Fortnite: when it is and how to participate for free rewards
The Most Wanted event in Fortnite will run from February 14, 2023, at 2 am ET until February 28, 2023, at 2 am ET. During these two weeks, we can complete Most Wanted quests to earn free rewards, including a new outfit.
Between Play and Battle Pass, a new icon of a golden snake has appeared: the Most Wanted event tab. Here we can check our progress in the event. As we complete Quests, we earn Infamy points with which we advance in this Pass. These are all the rewards available:
- Escapees Weapon Wrap: 4.000 Infamy
- Bomb Banner Icon: 8.000 Infamy
- Double Tags Pickaxe: 12.000 Infamy
- Most Wanted Spray: 16.000 Infamy
- Cash Stash Back Bling: 20.000 Infamy
- The Heat Is On Loading Screen: 24.000 Infamy
- Combocopter Glider: 28.000 Infamy
- Cold Blooded Style Weapon Wrap: 32.000 Infamy
- Cold Blooded Spraya: 36.000 Infamy
- The Vault Guardian Pickaxe: 40.000 Infamy
- Snake Sack Emoticon: 44.000 Infamy
- Gold Blooded Ace Skin: 48.000 Infamy
The Most Wanted Quests are divided into five sets that will become available over time:
- Intel & Recon: Quests available on February 14, 2023.
- Going In Loud
- Going In Quiet
- Cracking The Vault
- Clean Getaway
Completing most of the quests in each set will unlock the next set, in addition to receiving a Cold Blooded Medallion. If we get all five Cold Blooded Medallions, we get the Solid Skull Back Bling backpack accessory for free, which has its own quests to unlock all of its additional styles.
New Heisted Exotic Weapons of the Fortnite Most Wanted Event
The Most Wanted event has brought new exotic weapons to Fortnite, called Heisted Exotic Weapons, which we can obtain in different ways, such as opening Cold Blooded Vaults. To do this, you will need the access cards that Cold Blooded bosses drop after you kill them. The list is as follows:
- Heisted Accelerant Shotgun: The movement speed and fire rate of this Exotic Shotgun increases as you damage enemies with it.
- Heisted Breacher Shotgun: This Exotic Shotgun is perfect for destroying walls and cover.
- Heisted Explosive Assault Rifle: this Exotic Assault Rifle fires explosive projectiles
- Heisted Blink Mag Smg: This Exotic SMG temporarily gives you the Zero Point Dash ability after reloading.
- Heisted Run 'n' Gun Smg: This Exotic SMG infuses you with Slap then self-reloads while you’re sprinting.
The Cold Blooded bosses and their vaults can be found at Brutal Bastion, Shattered Slabs, and Faultly Splits.
Changes to weapons and items in Fortnite during the Most Wanted event.
During Fortnite's Most Wanted event, the following weapons will return to the game:
- Hand Cannon
- Dual Pistols
- Heavy Sniper
- Hop Rock Dualies
- Suppressed Pistol
- Boom Sniper Rifle
In addition, motorboats, bows, and bow-related reality augments will be unavailable for the duration of the event.
Heat in Fortnite's Most Wanted event: How the new game mechanic works
A new game mechanic has been added to Fortnite's Most Wanted event: Heat. As we perform actions like eliminating opponents or opening cold-blooded vaults, our Heat level increases.
The higher the level, the more hostile Cold Blooded members will become, and the more the rest of the players will be able to see us on the minimap and in the environment. However, there are benefits to increasing the level of Heat.

| 🔥🔥 | Your movement speed increases by 15%, and you’ll regenerate up to 100 Health out of combat. |
| 🔥🔥🔥 | Your movement speed increases by 20%, and you’ll regenerate up to 100 Health and 50 Shield out of combat. |
| 🔥🔥🔥🔥 | Your movement speed increases by 25%, and you’ll regenerate up to 100 Health and 100 Shield out of combat. |
