Marvel Studios has crazy security measures to avoid Captain America: New World Order spoilers

One of the main concerns of Marvel Studios and its cinematic universe are spoilers. After all, keeping the surprises for each of its premieres is vital to maintain fans' interest and keep the MCU flame alive. And to protect themselves from possible leaks about plots or characters, they are capable of carrying out the most implausible and unexpected plans. This is how it’s described by Anthony Mackie, actor who for years has played Falcon in the MCU and who is now the new Captain America after picking up the mantle of Steve Rogers in the Falcon and the Winter Soldier series.

Marvel is going the extra mile to avoid any leaks

All of this was revealed by the actor during his visit to The Kelly Clarkson Show, where he spoke about how Marvel Studios protects itself from spoilers and leaks about Captain America: New World Order: “We literally get a passcode to a website that gives us a location to meet the person to sign, to sit with a computer, and read our script,” said Mackie to an incredulous Kelly Clarkson.

All this with the objective that nothing and nobody can obtain information about this movie or others in the MCU, despite the fact that the actor acknowledges that he has been associated with Marvel for many years and that they have never had problems in this regard. Of course, Captain America: New World Order will present us with many surprises, including a new general Ross now acting as President of the United States, played by none other than Harrison Ford.

Captain America: New World Order will be released in theaters on May 3, 2024.
