Tekken 8 confirms Marshall Law in a new trailer, looking more like Bruce Lee than ever before

Marshall Law, that classic of the saga that always reminded Bruce Lee, joins the roster of fighters of Tekken 8 with a new gameplay trailer.

Update:
Tekken 8 confirms Marshall Law in a new trailer, looking more like Bruce Lee than ever before

After Paul Phoenix’s gameplay trailer, it’s now Paul Phoenix’s best friend’s turn. Bandai Namco has just confirmed Marshall Law as a fighter in Tekken 8 through a new gameplay video that looks as good as the rest. The legendary Dragon, who has appeared in all installments of the saga except Tekken 3 and Tekken Tag Tournament (where he was replaced by his son Forest Law), returns to the King of Iron Fist Tournament to keep Bruce Lee’s legacy and fighting style alive.

“Love the fact that every Tekken character seems to look stronger in the next iteration. Like they never stopped working hard to be the best," reads Marshall Law's video comments. “It's impressive how much of the move sets are still recognizable, after all of these years. Tekken really has taken the ‘If it ain't broken don't fix it’ approach.”

Although the slogan of the saga has always been "Get ready for the next battle!", we fear that this time the big question is when our next battle will come. Because we know that Tekken 8 will be only for next gen and will be released exclusively on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox X Series X|S, but today we still have no confirmed release date. And considering that its great rival, Street Fighter 6, is just around the corner (its release date is next June 2, 2023), we are eagerly awaiting the response of Bandai Namco, which certainly does not want to wait until 2024 to strike back.
