With the arrival of Miles Morales and Spider-Man 2099 in Fortnite, one of the most popular items for fans of the wall-crawler has come to Epic Games’ game: the Web Shooters. But this time, it’s a new variant of this once-popular item called Spider-Verse Web Shooters. Where can I find Spider-Verse Web Shooters in Fortnite?
Spider-Verse Web Shooters are a Mythic Rarity mobility item. We can find them randomly on the ground, or we can buy them from Spider-Gwen in Sloppy Shores in Battle Royale and Zero Build game modes in exchange for gold bars:
In other words, if we are lucky, we can find Spider-Verse Web Shooters on the ground, but the safe way to find them is to go to Sloppy Shores and buy them directly from Spider-Gwen if we are playing a game of Battle Royale or Zero Build. This method will not work in Team Rumble, as no characters will appear in that mode.
The Spider-Verse Web Shooters works like the Spider-Man Web Shooters introduced in Chapter 3 Season 1. That is, it allows us to shoot webs at will, which we can swing at objects on the stage to move quickly around the stage. Additionally, knowing where to find the Spider-Verse Web Shooters is necessary to complete some of the missions in Week 11 of Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2.
Like Spider-Man’s web shooters, we have an anti-gravity effect after using them, so we don’t take fall damage...except when they shoot at a web we’re hanging from while swinging. This will cause us to fall and we will take fall damage, and we may even die.
