A 71-year-old man plays ‘The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild’ for the first time and moves the internet with the message he sent to his son
He considers it the best game he has ever played.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is one of the masterpieces of video gaming. The Nintendo Switch title has captivated millions of players around the world, including this 71-year-old man, who has moved the internet with the message he sent to his son.
Laujalb shared this in a Reddit post: “My dad always played Zelda along side my brother and I growing up but this is his first time playing BOTW after my mom got him a Switch 2 last year. I let him borrow the official guide book I have, and he’s been having the time of his life lol.”
Excited about the video game
In the message, the man describes his experience with the game: “I’ve built a nice town, and went to a wedding yesterday! Got 3 diamond for my troubles!” The father went on to explain that he has been focusing on the quests: “This is best game I ever played! But couldn’t do it without the book!”
