Crunchyroll reveals its full programming lineup for Anime Expo 2026 with ‘Kimetsu no Yaiba’ and ‘The Apothecary Diaries’
‘Demon Slayer’, ‘Mob Psycho 100,’ and ‘Witch Hat Atelier’ headline the streamer’s most ambitious AX presence yet.
Crunchyroll has revealed its full programming lineup for Anime Expo 2026. From July 2 to July 4, Crunchyroll will fully occupy the Peacock Theater and the JW Marriott in Los Angeles, hosting a schedule focused on early screenings, creator panels, and exclusive content from some of the most anticipated anime projects of the coming months. The event is positioned as a preview window for the upcoming anime season, giving attendees access to new material ahead of its global release.
Demon Slayer and the headline events
The centerpiece of the weekend will take place on Friday, July 3, at the Peacock Theater with a special event dedicated to 'Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle.' The panel will feature Japanese voice actors Natsuki Hanae (Tanjiro), Takahiro Sakurai (Giyu), and Saori Hayami (Shinobu), alongside representatives from animation studio ufotable. In addition to reflecting on the franchise’s recent theatrical release, attendees will be shown previously unseen footage from its latest film project.
Friday’s schedule also includes panels for Gachiakuta, focused on its upcoming second season, and Witch Hat Atelier. The latter will bring manga creator Kamome Shirahama to the stage to discuss the adaptation process and the magical systems at the heart of the series. On Saturday, July 4, the spotlight shifts to the tenth anniversary of Mob Psycho 100, with director Yuzuru Tachikawa reuniting with key members of the Japanese cast.
