Did Marvel’s biggest secret just leak? Alleged first act of Avengers: Doomsday revealed

Avengers, New Avengers, Fantastic 4 and... the X-Men?

The expectation around Avengers: Doomsday is great. After almost 5 years we are back to an event that will bring closure to two phases of the MCU that perhaps have not been to everyone’s liking, saturated by their series and events that have not had as much connection as the Infinity Saga. Now with the return of the Russo brothers, and the return of Robert Downey Jr. there is some hope. And while filming is already underway in the UK, the first rumors about how the movie will begin have started to come out.

Warning: Despite being hearsay, if you want to get as clean as possible to Avengers: Doomsday, this is your warning before proceeding.

The first rumor comes from leaker Daniel Richtman. He claims that they are filming scenes set in Fantastic Four unvierse, including a baseball game. While not a huge revelation, it suggests that the film will spend time exploring the world of Marvel’s First Family.

On the other hand, new leaker James Mack has brought a lot of information related to how everything will start to be spun inside Avengers: Doomsday. Although plausible, it is worth remembering again that these are just rumors:

Shuri uncovers the looming threat of Incursions—events that cause universes to collide—and quickly alerts Captain America, Wong, Bruce Banner, and Captain Marvel.
Meanwhile, the Fantastic Four arrive on Earth-616, greeted by the New Avengers. They’re in search of Franklin Richards, who has been abducted by Doctor Doom. During their meeting, Galactus is mentioned, and Bucky seeks out Sam Wilson for assistance.
Shuri then gathers a team that includes Captain America, Wong, Hulk, Captain Marvel, Thor, Bucky, Yelena Belova, M’Baku, Namor, and the Fantastic Four. Together, they determine that the encroaching universe is the one where Monica Rambeau is currently stranded.
They also learn that Doctor Doom and Franklin are on this same world—revealed to be the X-Men Universe.
The heroes now face a three-part mission: prevent the Incursion, rescue Monica and Franklin, and confront Doom.
To access this alternate Earth, Wong enlists America Chavez to open a portal—though her involvement seems limited to that task.
Some heroes travel to the other reality while others stay behind. Initially, a battle erupts between the heroes from both universes, but tensions ease as they realize a greater force is at play. The true scope of the conflict begins to emerge, with Doctor Doom, the TVA, and Loki poised to shape the events that follow.
