‘Fallout’ Season 3 officially begins filming as Walton Goggins shares first behind-the-scenes look
The actor posted a makeup photo confirming production is underway for Prime Video’s hit adaptation.

‘Fallout’ began production early last month, paving the way for the series’ third season. However, it wasn’t until now that Walton Goggins, who plays The Ghoul and Cooper Howard, revealed that filming for the Prime Video series is officially underway.
The news was revealed through a behind-the-scenes photo posted by Goggins on his Instagram account. In it, the actor can be seen going through the extensive makeup process to once again step into the skin—or rather, the lack of skin—of The Ghoul. The post is accompanied by the message: “Back in the saddle… Fallout Season 3.”
So far, Goggins is the only main cast member who has shared images related to the start of filming. Neither Ella Purnell nor Aaron Moten has posted anything about it.
The Wasteland Expands with New Talent
Over the past few weeks, ahead of the official start of filming, it was revealed that new actors have joined the cast of Fallout. Among them are Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad), Emily Mortimer (The Newsroom, Love & Friendship), Manny Jacinto (The Good Place, The Acolyte), and Thomasin McKenzie (Jojo Rabbit, Last Night in Soho). For now, the characters they will play have not been revealed, so we’ll have to wait to find out which of the Wasteland’s various factions they’ll join when the series returns to the screen.
