First image from the ‘Peaky Blinders’ sequel: Tommy Shelby’s son will be one of the stars of ‘Stranger Things’
The new generation of the Shelbys is already on the way.

After ‘The Immortal Man,’ it’s clear that Tommy Shelby’s chapter in the series has come to a definitive close. His departure doesn’t mean the end of the show, however, as ‘Peaky Blinders’ will continue on the small screen thanks to a sequel that has already released its first image.
As you can see in the tweet we shared in this article, actor Charlie Heaton is pictured wearing Birmingham’s most famous tie and coat. The acclaimed actor will portray Charles Shelby, the son of the mob boss and the clear heir to his criminal empire. Cillian Murphy is leaving the series’ legacy in good hands.

Many will recognize Heaton right away. He played Jonathan Byers in ‘Stranger Things’, making him a veteran of the Netflix series. His character will undergo a complete transformation—from the sometimes nervous, inexperienced face of the 1980s-set series to the reign of terror he will unleash on the streets of Britain in the 1950s.
Everything We Know About the ‘Peaky Blinders’ Sequel
The new season of ‘Peaky Blinders’ on the small screen will follow the family a decade after the end of World War II. “Having fought a violent war, much of it behind enemy lines, Charles Shelby is now embracing normality,” the production company shares in an official statement. “He hasn’t seen his half-brother Duke in years. Charles severed all ties to the Peaky Blinders gang, and the hedonistic Shelby lifestyle. But can you ever escape your own blood?”
