‘Predator’ remains one of the most iconic action and sci-fi franchises, a classic that refuses to slow down. Since the release of ’Prey’ in 2022, the series has experienced a resurgence. Now, ’Predator: Killer of Killers’ has debuted its first trailer, giving us a glimpse of how well the alien creature adapts to animation. The movie will premiere on Hulu on June 6, 2025.
Directed by Dan Trachtenberg—the same filmmaker behind ’Prey’ and the upcoming ’Predator: Badlands’—this animated film promises to make 2025 a standout year for the franchise. The movie follows three distinct stories, showcasing the Predator battling Vikings, samurai, and World War II pilots. This marks uncharted territory for the series, taking viewers to different locations and time periods where the Yautja have left their mark.

The animation quality is expected to be top-notch, with Josh Wassung, co-director and member of The Third Floor animation studio, lending his expertise.
