InZOI, the realistic alternative to The Sims, confirms its price and the future of its DLC: here’s how to play its Early Access game
The game will be available on PC from March 28th on Steam.

The Sims 4 continues with new updates and content packs, but the Korean company Krafton is preparing the launch of an alternative with realistic graphics. This is InZOI, a video game that has raised a lot of expectations. The title will go on sale in Early Access and will offer “a wide range of narrative elements with more than 250 customization options”, as well as “several AI-based creative tools, such as the 3D printer, video-to-motion conversion and text-to-image conversion”. As announced by the studio, early access will be available from March 28th and will be priced at $39.99 on PC (Steam).
Early access will include the full game, as well as updates and DLC that will be released later. “As inZOI’s development roadmap rolls out over time, upcoming content will bring freelance jobs, ghost play, a Southeast Asian-inspired cat island ‘Kucingku,’ swimming pools and the ability to swim, a family tree, new professions, and more.”
Things to improve
The game’s director, Hyungjun Kim, hopes that players will be able to experience things that are different from real life, “feel a sense of control over life itself, and have the opportunity to look at life from a slight distance.” He acknowledged that the road has been “rough” and that “there may still be some shortcomings,” but the studio is “committed” to listening to player feedback to improve the product as much as possible.
Also available from March 20-28 is the inZOI: Creative Studio demo, which allows users to try out both the Character Creation Studio and the Construction Studio.
