The ‘Borderlands 4’ deep dive State of Play: Everything we learned

PlayStation’s latest State of Play was entirely dedicated to ‘Borderlands 4’, giving fans an in-depth look at Gearbox’s looter-shooter masterpiece. With over 20 minutes of developer-guided gameplay, this showcase revealed everything from new mechanics and weapons to an intriguing new antagonist.
A nice feature to start with is that Borderlands 4 will support full crossplay across all platforms, meaning players can team up regardless of whether they’re on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, or PC.
For couch co-op, the game will feature 2-player split-screen on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, allowing local multiplayer sessions. However, PC does not have explicit local co-op support.
