Tite Kubo has hinted that something important will be announced this coming Saturday, June 27. In recent days, rumors have been gaining traction about the return of ‘Bleach’ to Weekly Shonen Jump, with the continuation of what is known as the “Hell Arc.” This arc was originally published in 2021 as a special chapter to mark the series’ 20th anniversary and depicted the characters’ lives ten years after the manga’s conclusion.
A dream come true for Shonen fans
Given that Weekly Shonen Jump has recently bid farewell to several of its all-time hits, betting on a sure thing like ‘Bleach’ is a logical decision. The Hell Arc lays a solid narrative foundation, with plenty of room to continue developing and introducing new—and old—threats to the protagonists.
