New Sonic games are on the way

This is a great time to be a fan of Sonic and friends, as the franchise has been incredibly active in the past few years. Just a few years ago we got to see ‘Sonic Frontiers’ (now regarded as one of the best 3D titles of the series), Sonic Mania revived the 2D titles of old with new amazing content, and we even got a semi-official visual novel, The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog, thanks to Sonic Team’s April Fools Day efforts.

The latest State of Play from Sony also revealed Sonic X Shadow Generations, a brand new title that seems to add new Shadow levels to the previous Sonic Generations, right on time for Shadow to make his appearance on the third live-action movie.
