This is the only Dragon Ball villain Goku has faced and couldn’t defeat yet

The evil enemy was introduced in chapter 21 of ‘Dragon Ball GT’, just when Goku tried to stop Dr. Mu on planet M2. In this episode, Goku and Pan manage to escape from Mu’s laboratory, a place they were sent to by a powerful mutant named General Rilldo. Later, Rilldo attacks again and both Saiyans manage to overcome him by combining their forces. A happy ending that makes one thing clear: Goku was never able to defeat Rilldo fighting alone.
New trailer for Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO
The next game in the Akiya Toriyama saga is Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO, which many call Budokai Tenkaichi 4.
