‘Tron: Ares’ drops new trailer as AI vs. humanity takes center stage

‘Tron: Ares’, the long-awaited third installment in Disney’s 'Tron’ franchise, has unveiled a brand-new trailer, and it’s clear the stakes have never been higher. Directed by Joachim Rønning (’Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales’), the film stars Jared Leto as Ares, a highly advanced program sent from the digital realm into the real world on a dangerous mission.

Jeff Bridges returns, Nine Inch Nails scores the soundtrack
Jeff Bridges reprises his role as Kevin Flynn, the original creator of the Tron universe, while the soundtrack is composed by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross, featuring music from Nine Inch Nails.
