These are the most outstanding contents of Season 5 of Call of Duty: Warzone and Black Ops 6
The new season brings a fresh array of playable maps for Black Ops 6 Multiplayer. Players will battle across three new maps at launch: Runway (6v6) and Exchange (6v6, 2v2). The fan-favorite World Motor Dynasty (WMD) (6v6) also returns, now reimagined as an Italian luxury car manufacturer. An in-season update will later introduce Jackpot (6v6). Beyond maps, six new modes are rolling out. Players can dive into Aim High, a headshot-focused mode where headshots mean instant eliminations, Snipers Only, and Cranked Moshpit. Later in the season, Cranked Demolition, Blueprint Gunfight, and Ransack will become available.
Warzone is also getting new limited-time modes with Stadium Resurgence and Deadline. Verdansk is set for a significant disruption, with recon teams confirming a clandestine military base hidden within the National Acropolis Arena. This Stadium POI update will allow players to breach the stadium in what Activision teases as “the most impressively explosive way possible,” as squads race to complete a multi-step Satellite Hijack Contract. This new objective promises to shake up Warzone engagements, offering players a fresh way to infiltrate and uncover hidden operations.
For Zombies enthusiasts, Season 5 delivers new content, including the map Reckoning. This new experience pits players against the undead within the desolate Janus Towers, serving as the stage for the final showdown between S.A.M. and Richtofen. Players will also wield a new Wonder Weapon, the Gorgofex, a bio-mechanical device offering precise impact damage and gravity-defying disruption. New additions also include the Mister Peeks field upgrade, challenging new enemies like Uber Klaus and Kommando Klaus, and new grief arenas. A new Combat Bow will also be available for stealthy takedowns.
