When Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be released: early access, editions, date and platforms
Return to the origins of Assassin’s Creed.
The release of Assassin’s Creed Mirage is approaching, the new installment in Ubisoft’s popular franchise is once again a journey into the past, but this time for us as players. Mirage blends the new with the old of a saga that is almost two decades old, taking us back to its playable origins. Stealth, assassination, and parkour through the streets of Baghdad in the ninth century, a golden age that we will know thanks to the story of Basim Ibn Ishaq, a thief who ends up being recruited into the Order of Assassins.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage launch and release on all platforms
Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be released on October 5, 2023, and will be available on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. The game was originally scheduled for release on October 12, but last August Ubisoft announced that it would be released a week earlier. The French company has not announced any early access for AC Mirage.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage Editions
As has always been the case with Assassin’s Creed, Ubisoft is not content with just one edition of the game and is presenting a total of three different editions.
One of the most popular sagas of the video game industry in recent decades looks back to its beginnings. Origins changed everything, and from there his last installments were a change as drastic as necessary, but Ubisoft has not forgotten what was Assassin’s Creed for a long time, with much more concentrated locations away from the large open worlds. This does not detract from the richness of what the franchise showed us and one of its virtues is the ability to learn while playing, with an outstanding historical fidelity and, this time, sets his sights on a part of the world often forgotten, but long ago was considered a crucible of wisdom that, thanks to Mirage, we can transport ourselves and feel firsthand how this magical city was more than 1000 years ago.
