Xbox Game Pass adds more games for May 2023, including FIFA 23 and some amazing indies

Take a look at the complete list of games being added to Xbox Game Pass for the rest of May 2023, as well as those leaving the service next month.

Microsoft has just confirmed the second wave of games that will be added to Xbox Game Pass during May 2023. A batch at the head of which is the long rumored FIFA 23, which finally joins EA Play, but in which we also find a good handful of interesting indie games. Among them its worth giving a special mention to the wonderful Planet of Lana and to the countless hours you can sink into Railway Empire 2, as both will reach the service on launch day.

Games coming to Xbox Game Pass in late May 2023

This is the complete list of additions for the final stretch of May 2023 on Xbox Game Pass:

  • FIFA 23 (consoles and PC) – Now available
  • Eastern Exorcist (consoles and PC) – May 18
  • Ghostlore (consoles) – May 18
  • Planet of Lana (consoles and PC) – May 23 (same day of its release)
  • Cassette Beasts (consoles) – May 25
  • Massive Chalice (consoles and Xbox Cloud) – May 25
  • Railway Empire 2 (consoles, PC and cloud) – May 25 (same day of its release)
  • Chicory: A Colorful Tale (consoles and PC) – May 30

Games leaving Xbox Game Pass in June 2023

And as always, If you open the door for some games to come in, some have to come out. Along with the additions, Microsoft has also confirmed the games coming out of Xbox Game Pass on May 31. One last call for all those who want to try, finish or complete them. Until that date the following titles will be discounted on the Xbox Store For those who want to get them for life:

  • Europa Universalis (PC)
  • Evil Genius 2: World Domination (consoles, PC and cloud)
  • FIFA 21 (consoles and PC) (EA Play)
  • Floppy Knights (consoles, PC and cloud)
  • Lawn Mowing Simulator (consoles, PC and cloud)
