xQc reveals how much money he makes in a year in a street interview

The dream of many aspiring content creators is to earn as much money as those already established in the industry. Although many of these figures are not disclosed to the public, the ostentatious way in which many live, buying houses, and cars, or spending it on parties, contests, and other activities that their imaginations allow, reveals that they earn more than the average wage earner. There are some, like xQc, who are not afraid to say what they earn in a year.

In a recent interview conducted by social media street interviewer natestakkzz last week during a trip to Miami, Felix “xQc” Lengyel revealed one of those details. During the interview, in which he said that to make a living “I stream and make videos and stuff, you know,” he also answered how much money he has made during his 9-year career. To this, the Canadian streamer mentioned “I think it’s public right, yeah it was leaked. It was like err 9″, this to later confirm that the amount he was referring to was $9 million, just from streaming.

This is an impressive-sounding figure because it only represents what the streamer earns from subscriptions and donations from his followers over a year. It does not include any additional profits from social media campaigns, YouTube revenue, investments, or even other contracts.

In the interview, he also talks about the challenges of creating content, the best strategy for building a community, and the biggest challenges he has faced so far.

This is not the first time that the topic of money has surrounded xQc. Late last year, Matthew “Mizkif” Rinaudo spoke about the surreal experience of attending Twitch Con 2023 with the Canadian streamer and the apparent lack of money problems. With a hefty contract with Kick, plus the other activities Felix “xQc” Lengyel has, it’s inconceivable that money would be an issue.
