With a weekly doubleheader, Apple’s “Friday Night Baseball” promises to be exactly what MLB fans have been hoping for and that’s why we’re taking a look at the full schedule.
Baseball fans in 60 countries and regions can now look forward to “Friday Night Baseball” on Apple TV+. The 2024 MLB regular season got underway, March 28th with the first broadcast of Apple’s new show airing on the March 29th, beginning with a doubleheader: the New York Yankees at Houston Astros, followed by the St. Louis Cardinals at Los Angeles Dodgers.

Apple is excited to partner with MLB
Where the new show itself is concerned, “Friday Night Baseball” boasts an eye-catching panel of talent as well as announcers in the booth including Wayne Randazzo (play-by-play), Dontrelle Willis (analyst), Heidi Watney (sideline reporter), Alex Faust (play-by-play), Ryan Spilborghs (analyst), and Tricia Whitaker (sideline reporter). It’s understood that game assignments for announcers will be shared on a weekly basis, ensuring that fans are always up to speed on who’s handling what.
