  3. Diamondbacks - 21
  4. Astros - 20

The playoffs are where history is made in MLB and there are a few exalted names that that have earnt themselves a place in the history books with their postseason performances.

The record for most playoff home runs in a career is held by Manny Ramirez, who racked up 29 homers in 493 plate appearances. The record for the most home runs in a single postseason is held by Randy Arozarena, who smashed an incredible 10 homers across 20 games in the 2020 playoffs. He was named American League Rookie of the Year after that incredible breakthrough season, his first full season after defecting from Cuba.

In terms of World Series home runs, the record of Mickey Mantle may never be beaten.
