2023 NBA All-Star Rising Stars Game: Time, TV and how to watch and stream

The 2023 NBA All-Stars will feature the Jordan Rising Stars Game on Friday, Feb. 17, as part of the All-Star weekend. The game will tip off at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PG at Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City in Utah.

You can watch the mini-tournament among the best of the young players of the NBA on TNT.
