Update:
Does NBA League Pass include 2024 All Star Games and contests?

It’s the event of the regular season in the NBA. Teams will take a one-week break as the top players in the game head to Indiana for the 72nd edition of the NBA All Star Game. Team LeBron and Team Giannis will square off on the floor of the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indiana at 8:00 p.m. ET.

Team Giannis and Team LeBron face off in NBA All-Star 2024

The weekend kicks off with the Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game at 7 p.m. ET on Friday, February 17, followed by the Panini Rising Stars Tournament at 9 p.m. ET.

Saturday will feature the NBA HBCU Classic which will see two powerhouses butt heads as Winston-Salem State face Virginia Union.

This will be followed by the Skills Challenge, then the PepsiCo 3-Point Contest followed by the AT&T Slam Dunk contest.

The main event will take place on Sunday night when Team LeBron’s All-Stars will take on Team Giannis’ All-Stars at 8 p.m. ET on Sunday.

Can I watch NBA All-Star 2024 live on NBA League Pass?

The answer to this question is that it depends on where you’re watching from.

US and Canada-based subscribers to League Pass, the NBA’s online platform which allows viewers to stream games live and on-demand, won’t be able to use the service to watch All-Star 2024 as it happens.

However, international subscribers will be able to tune in live using League Pass.

Blackout restrictions in the US and Canada

Viewers in the US and Canada cannot use League Pass to watch All-Star 2024 live because of blackout restrictions, which occur when local or national networks in the countries have “certain exclusive rights to televise live games and content”, the NBA says.

Subscribers can use their League Pass to listen live to the audio of blacked-out matches, which the NBA says “will be available for viewing after the game has concluded”.

In the US, All-Star 2024 will be broadcast live on TNT. In Canada, the event will be on TSN.
